Q: How easy is it to look after my website?
A: Very easy ! Immediasite has been designed specifically to appeal to people who are not necessarily computer literate. We figure you want to spend your time focusing on your business, not learning all about computers - that's why we've kept it simple and quick to use. With your website you also get access to a whole set of mini-tutorials that can be printed off or followed online and if you do get stuck, we have a helpline to assist with any queries.
Q: I'm on a tight budget. A friend offered to do my website for just £100…

A: Typically we can have your website online within a few working days, depending on the amount of work required.
Q: Will I need to register a domain name for my website?
A: No, we do all that for you. All you need to do is let us know if you have a particular preference for your name, eg, www.mybusiness.co.uk. And if you already have a domain name registered, we just need to point it in the right direction...
Q: I want an ecommerce site and I've got over 1000 products to sell across 20 different product lines. Will you set all this up for me for just £500?
A: No, we're afraid there will be some extra charges if you want us to deliver a fully-developed website with all its content. For £500 we supply the wbesite ready to accept 10 product lines. You can then add and edit your product pages to suit your own requirements - we will of course show you how to do this. It gives you complete control over every aspect of your online shop - products, photos, descriptions, prices, special offers, stock : you get to keep full control.
Q: I may decide to sell products in the future but right now I just want a basic website. Is it easy to upgrade later on?
It is very easy. All we'll need to do is switch on the 'ecommerce' option and set up your product categories, for which there will be a small charge. We will then show you how to add your products - or if you prefer, we can do this for you based on an hourly rate.
Q: Are there any special terms and conditions I should be aware of?
A: We have a minimum contract term of one year. All prices are exclusive of VAT. One thing you should be aware of is that your Immediasite package will only work on our server. If you did decide you wanted to transfer your website to another hosting company for some reason, you would lose the benefit of the content management system, email marketing, and traffic analysis - and you'd probably end up paying more for hosting too.
